Go Slow...

I love looking at landscapes - especially mountains. It expresses everything meaningful to me about life. Cracks, nooks, crags, crannies, plateaus, peaks, barren faces, rich folds... Staring at this image of Canyonlands that my mom took is a good example. You see the struggle of the earth worn down, pushing up, strong and expansive. It always gives me pause.

You have to breathe it in and look at the same time.
