Meta 4


"Metaphors are not rhetorical frills at the edge of how we think. They are at the very heart of it." - James Geary

I used to think I was creative by speaking in metaphors. Now I'm thinking twice, like a double-baked potato. I enjoyed the article below and agree with the author that it’s important to pause every so often to ensure that we see the world as it is. It’s good to question how flexible and sensible our grip on reality defined by language is.
