I went to the http://www.getmotivated.com seminar yesterday in DC and enjoyed it. The many, many speakers constantly cited how important it is to leave the world a better place that you left it: to give more than you get. That doesn't have to be in terms of donating money or even with a helping hand. You can actually "give" by taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas with another and especially to listen.
I found the reminder welcome.
